From 2008 to 2021, Josh led and contributed to dozens of successful pipeline and civil infrastructure projects across the Southwest. His work spanned from remote ranchlands to high-traffic industrial sites—each project demanding precision, resilience, and strong field leadership.
Scope of Work Included:
Pipeline Installation: Oversaw hundreds of miles of steel and poly pipeline, from trenching and bedding to fusion, welding, and hydrotesting
Civil Site Prep: Managed land clearing, pad construction, road grading, and drainage control for oilfield operations and utility infrastructure
Erosion & Environmental Controls: Implemented SWPPP-compliant measures across active job sites, ensuring environmental integrity
Heavy Equipment Operations: Hands-on experience with dozers, graders, excavators, and trenchers, ensuring maximum productivity and minimal downtime
Team Leadership: Coordinated multi-crew operations, subcontractors, and inspections while maintaining a spotless safety record
