ABOUT 7G LAND SERVICES

Josh Burrell, our owner, is a seventh-generation Texan with a lifelong connection to the land. Raised on the same property his family settled in 1843, Josh was introduced to heavy equipment at an early age. Operating machinery wasn’t just a job—it was part of daily life.

With over 23 years of hands-on experience in excavation, land clearing, and site development, Josh has built a reputation for precision, reliability, and a deep respect for the land he works. He’s spent his career mastering the art of earthmoving—whether it’s prepping raw land for construction, shaping driveways, or improving ranch infrastructure.

Josh takes pride in doing things the right way, combining old-school work ethic with modern equipment and techniques. Every project he takes on is a reflection of his family’s legacy—grounded in integrity, craftsmanship, and a commitment to leaving the land better than he found it.

At 7G Land Services, Josh doesn’t just oversee the work—he’s in the seat, doing it himself.

OUR FAMILY LEGACY

7 GENERATIONS STRONG

The name 7G Land Services carries deep meaning. It stands for seven generations of Texans—Josh’s direct lineage—who have worked the land since 1843, when his ancestor George Burrell first settled in Texas.

Since that time, every generation of Josh’s family has built their life from the ground up—quite literally. From rice farming and earthmoving to construction and land development. Their work has always been tied to the land, shaped by the seasons, and driven by a hands-on commitment to getting the job done right.

Josh continues that tradition today as the seventh generation to carry the torch. The same values—hard work, integrity, and a deep respect for the land—are at the core of 7G Land Services.

Our goal is simple: to provide high-quality, dependable land services with the same care and pride that have defined this family for nearly two centuries.

We don’t just work the land—we honor it.
