CR 1431 - DRIVEWAY & HOUSE CLEARING INSTALL

This project transformed an untouched, heavily wooded plot into a secluded homesite with a winding private driveway—expertly carved through the trees to preserve the natural landscape while maximizing privacy and access.

Josh led the full scope of land clearing and driveway development, turning raw acreage into a build-ready foundation that now feels like it was always meant to be there.

Scope of Work Included:

Selective Tree Clearing: Removed only what was necessary, preserving mature trees for shade and aesthetic value

Winding Driveway Construction: Designed and cleared a curved, graded path that naturally followed the terrain while offering total visual privacy from the road

Homesite Pad Prep: Cleared and leveled the main build area, removing stumps, roots, and debris to make way for foundation work

Erosion Control: Installed basic drainage to prevent runoff issues before construction

Clean Finish: All brush and timber were hauled off or repurposed, leaving behind a clean, walkable site ready for the next phase of construction
