When a newly built home was left with major drainage issues by the original builder, the homeowner turned to 7G Construction for a lasting solution. Scope of Work Included:

Slope Correction & Regrading: Reshaped the front of the property to redirect water flow away from the home and foundation

Drainage Systems: Installed a French drain to capture surface runoff and built 100-foot swales on either side of the lot for maximum flow control

Driveway Reinforcement: Excavated and compacted the drive with high-grade material and geotextile fabric to prevent future washouts

Natural Hardscaping: Repurposed boulders unearthed during excavation to create a rugged, intentional landscape feature that blended seamlessly into the environment
